EZ Spray Hydrosprigging photo.
This photo demonstrates the proper technique for hydrosprigging. The perpendicular angle of the spray helps drive the sprigs into the prepared soil. The EZ Spray helps retain moisture and protect the sprigs to improve the establishment of the sprigs.
Close up of the Hydrosprigging application. The sprigs used in this tropical environment were Seashsore Paspalum and El Toro Zoysia. Both of these varieties have a high salt tolerance and high heat tolerance. Combined with their low water use and low nitrogen needs they provide low maintenance vegetation in warm climates.
EZ Spray Dust control Application in California
Green Choice EZ Spray Hydraulic Mulch is a low density,
low moisture baled hydraulic mulch manufactured from a
50/50 blend of recycled premium newsprint and corn
fiber. This easy mixing mulch provides a
versatile, 100% biodegradable, cost effective
alternative to wood and wood/paper mulches.
Green Choice EZ Spray Mulch, the cleanest product
available, contains no weed seed and decreases down time
and equipment wear and tear. The addition of
premium surfactant and defoamers results in superior
wetability, easy mixing in all types of hydroseeders,
and even spray application.
The unique blend of paper and corn fiber improves soil
to seed contact, which enhances seed germination while
lessening soil erosion.
Green Choice EZ Spray Hydraulic Mulch is available in 40
and 50 pound bales, with or without 2% guar gum
tackifier. The addition of tackifier improves
product pumpability for faster application.
Tackifier also binds mulch fibers to themselves and the
soil surface, further reducing soil erosion, especially
on slopes and in the event of rain following application.
Heavy duty, heat-sealed bags can be stored outdoors.
